Dr. Vijay Dahiya holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and after years in education, he started mushroom farming with his wife, Dr. Sonia Dahiya.

At Dr. Dahiya Mushroom Farm in Sonipat, he focuses on the business side of operations - scaling production, building sales strategies, and more.

He also guides aspiring agripreneurs on how to turn mushroom farming setups into sustainable income sources.
